Legislator Feels Vindicated for MNSure Criticism

In some ways, Greg Davids has been a voice in the wilderness.  The Minnesota republican state rep from Preston has repeatedly called for the end of MNSure, the state’s health care exchange, labeling the exchange, a ‘disaster.’  This week’s legislative audit of the exchange strongly supports that view.

In reaction to a series of criticisms in the audit, Davids believes the state legislature will withhold funding from MNSure.  Although he doesn’t know whether that will mean embracing the federal health care exchange instead.
