La Crosse May Continue to Experience Development Surge

While La Crosse has seen record development recently, more projects may yet be on the horizon.  Interim city planner, Amy Peterson tells us developers are keeping an eye out for opportunities in the downtown area.   Conceivable that those efforts could extend south of the big blue bridges.  Though there are some hurdles

The latest development scheduled for downtown is the new 10-plus million dollar Fairfield Inn and Suites just north of the Cass street bridge.   Construction could begin on that site in just a few months.
