Fight Over Right-To-Work Commences
Debate begins today on very contentious right-to-work legislation in
Madison. The state senate will consider a right-to-work bill that is on an extremely fast track. Adopting the anti-union bill will be a mistake, says Steve Lyons, with the Wisconsin Contractor Coalition, a group of businesses formed specifically to fight right-to-work
If passed, businesses would not be allowed to mandate union membership as a condition of employment.
