Jackson County Man Jailed On Sex Charge

A 25-year-old man is expected in Jackson County court later

today on a charge of sexually assaulting a minor. Brandon Lomax has told police he did have sexual contact with an underage girl in the Black River Falls area…but he blames the girl for instigating the sex.  Lomax is accused of sending several message to the girl by way of Facebook, asking her to meet for sex.  The Black River police are urging parents to keep track of what their kids are doing on social media sites.
