Kind Talks Trade

One area Congressman says the U-S needs to set down some new trade rules with

Asian countries.

Ron Kind of La Crosse has been promoting a Trans-Pacific Partnership for years, with unions and fellow Democrats urging him not to support it.  But Kind says agreements made now with Japan and others will make it easier to reach deals with China:

And Kind says President Obama should have the authority to make fast-track trade deals, because other countries don’t want Congress micro-managing trade policy.
