Kind Tells Governor To Take The Money

Heard enough from people that keep asking the governor to accept Medicaid

money, via the healthcare law? If not, Congressman Ron Kind has now chimed in, writing his wishes in a letter to Scott Walker. Kind told us it’s totally irresponsible to refuse $345 million in federal funds to provide quality health care for tens of thousands of uninsured Wisconsinites.

Kind says Republican Governors in Arizona, Arkansas, Iowa, Nevada and New Mexico have done the right thing and taken federal Medicaid expansion support. Walker has refused time and time again to take and federal money.
