Pool Time In Caledonia

Taxpayers in Caledonia decided this year to hang on to their 60-year-old swimming pool a while longer.  They turned down a nearly two-million dollar referendum for a new pool…and now, city leaders are looking for ways to lower the project cost.  Caledonia Mayor Josh Gran actually managed the municipal pool last summer:

But Gran thinks a new pool could be built for around a million-and-a-half dollars.  He thinks there could be movement in the next few weeks toward planning another referendum.
