Segways Roll Out In La Crosse
If you’ve been to cities like Minneapolis, or Washington, D-C, you might have seen folks riding down the street on those stand-up scooters called Segways. Pretty soon, you might get to ride a segway around La Crosse. Erik Mills has opened a Segway Tour business in the old Batavian Bank. We asked Mills where some of his tours would go:
The city council has to give final approval for segway use in La Crosse. The motorless two-wheeled vehicle can reach a speed of 12 miles an hour.
