Parking Gates Not Up To Par

A year after going into operation, La Crosse gate operations at downtown parking ramps leave much to be desired.  At least it seems that way to mayor Tim Kabat, who says he gets plenty of complaints about non-functioning gates.  The worst is when those complaints come from visitors to the city

Kabat, clearly frustrated in the parking utility board’s inability to solve the parking gate issues, calls those problems, “an embarrassment.”
