Gunderson Says District Tried…..Future Unknown
Voters rejected the West Salem school district’s $31.2 million bonding proposal Tuesday, which included $26 million for a middle school project. A similar measure failed last year and some folks said not a thing was changed from that referendum to this one. Not true says Superintendent, Troy Gunderson.
Gunderson said, as he did last year, he hopes to find a solution the majority of West Salem residents can agree upon and keep district residents engaged.
