Tomah Pair Charged With Murder On Way Back To Wisconsin
The suspects in a Tomah motel slaying will be sent back to Wisconsin for trial, as soon as Monroe County can arrange the transportation. The county has just over a week to send deputies to Tennessee for prisoners Zachary Davis and Sebastian Martinez. D-A Kevin Croninger in Sparta says the actual journey could take a few days:
Martinez and Davis are from Idaho. They face Wisconsin charges in the stabbing of Derek Magnuson of Tomah, found dead in a motel room. The D-A says Idaho plans to drop charges against the pair which allegedly resulted from a crime spree through several states.
