Tomah Pair Charged With Murder On Way Back To Wisconsin

The suspects in a Tomah motel slaying will be sent back to Wisconsin for trial, as soon as Monroe County can arrange the transportation.  The county has just over a week to send deputies to Tennessee for prisoners Zachary Davis and Sebastian Martinez.  D-A Kevin Croninger in Sparta says the actual journey could take a few days:

Martinez and Davis are from Idaho.  They face Wisconsin charges in the stabbing of Derek Magnuson of Tomah, found dead in a motel room.  The D-A says Idaho plans to drop charges against the pair which allegedly resulted from a crime spree through several states.
