Regulation Goes To Lemonade Stands

Consider lemonade stands regulated in La Crosse.  The city council has voted to exempt child-operated lemonade stands from the city’s food cart regulations.  At the same time, those who operate the stands will be required to notify the county’s health department.   The city has offered no guidance on how best to do that nor is there any indication whether the city will be checking to see whether the lemonade stands have complied with the mandate.
