A new business operator in La Crosse is disappointed in the latest ordinance coming from city hall. Erik Mills’ Segway Tours operation is just getting off the ground. But the new rule that could come as soon as next month would keep the scooters off of downtown sidewalks and some park walks as well. Completely unnecessary, says Mills
