By now you’ve probably heard all the hub bub surrounding cities and states
wanting new rail cars and for rail company’s to pick up the safety slack. But whose to pay for all the new cars? Congressman Ron Kind says it’s simple.
Kind and two other lawmakers have introduced the Crude by Rail Safety Act to help protect communities living along America’s extensive railway networks. He’s hoping for ramped up discussions on the matter next week.
