Segway Talks Come About Again
La Crosse police don’t want them in the streets, downtown business owners don’t want Segway scooters on sidewalks. Turning into a bit of a conundrum for Erik Mills, who’s just starting up his Segway tours business downtown. The city’s board of public works this morning will consider a rule that would ban the Segways from sidewalks in any business district. A bit of overkill contends Mills
