Ground Broke On City’s Lot C
About a month after the La Crosse courthouse parking lot was closed off for construction, the county and city finally got around to a ground-breaking for the project on Monday. The first business scheduled to open on that block will be Associated Bank, but other businesses and even residential spaces will go there:
Developer Don Weber has pledged to put more than 60-million dollars worth of buildings and other attractions on the block which has been used mainly for parking in the last 20 years.
