Police Say Woman Fell To Death From Fire Escape
Disoriented and drinking. The best way to describe the condition of the
Robin Krabill before she fell to her death in downtown La Crosse Monday morning. That’s what police say after reviewing surveillance video footage of the morning the 32 year-old from Waverly, Iowa was found in an alley just off of State street downtown. Cops say Krabill had been drinking and appeared very disoriented on video and appeared to be having trouble making it up a fire escape at the back of a building on third street. They say she fell from that fire escape, three floors up. An autopsy was performed on Tuesday. A toxicology test will also be done.
