Doggy Flu Goes Bye Bye
Some more cases of this year’s canine flu identified this week. Including in Iowa. Despite that, veterinarian Dave Mitzelfeldt, from the La Crosse Veterinary Clinc, thinks the dog flu may have run its course
The canine influenza is a respiratory illness that is highly contagious and is usually passed in a snout to snout kind of way. Healthy, younger dogs will have flu-like symptoms, but the disease can often be deadly for older dogs.
