Buffalo County To Get Full Time D.A.

There are three counties in the state that don’t have a full time District Attorney. Buffalo County, Pepin and Florence counties. Kind of hard for them to enforce laws if thier not working full time says Senator, Jon  Erpenbach. Until this week when the Joint Committee on Finance approved making them full time.

Erpenbach tells us that since Florence County needed a full time District Attorney and it’s the smallest of the three counties, it only seemed logical to include these other counties as well. The measure passed the Joint Committee on Finance earlier this week.
