Kind Attends VA Town Hall

The Tomah V-A hospital might need more supervision of patients while they’re taking prescribed medicine.  La Crosse Congressman Ron Kind says more stories of drug problems at the V-A are coming out, now that some people at Tomah are less afraid of retaliation.  Kind attended a town hall meeting at the hospital yesterday, and heard from one woman that some patients weren’t taking their medicine as scheduled:

Kind says the former chief of staff who was accused of overprescribing drugs to some vets at Tomah is not seeing patients now, while the investigation continues.
