What’s Going On With The Rail Lines!

A permit that would allow track construction in the marsh even during the nesting season of the endangered black tern. But, almost exactly a year ago, a representative from BNSF told county board members at a public hearing for a construction permit that no work on the tracks would be done in the marsh during the black tern’s nesting season.
