Library Asks For A Little Help

It’s not just people living in La Crosse who use the city’s three libraries.  La Crosse’s library also gets lots of visits from customers living in Onalaska, Shelby, and Campbell…even though Campbell and Onalaska have their own libraries.  The city system is now starting to request financial help from some of those neighboring communities, which help fund the county library system, but not the libraries in La Crosse.  Library board chairman Tom Sleik and director Kelly Krieg Sigman asked the Shelby Town Board on Monday to think about a future donation.
