Scream For Your Finals
If it’s May, and you see U-W-L Chancellor Joe Gow holding a bullhorn, you can
expect a whole lot of screaming to follow:
For about 15 seconds on Monday, Gow led a group of students on campus in a now-traditional ‘finals scream.’ Murphy Library director Catherine Lavallee-Welch encouraged students to get in on the action:
The library has sponsored the scream for three years, as an activity for relieving tension at the start of spring finals.
