UW-L Keeps Protests In 2015 Quiet

Quite a bit going on around the country this past college semester. Things that brought students to the streets in protest. At UW-L, only one protest brought students out in 2015.  Chancellor Joe Gow says students there know what’s going on….but are not always loud in their ways.

in 2009, students protested a lack of health care reform. IN 2011 they protested a tuition hike. And back in February, some students took to the streets to protest the police shooting of a black man in Missouri. All well contained and within their rights says Gow.
