Heim Says Feingold Best Dems Got

Republicans are quick to label Russ Feingold as a failed candidate of the past…but a La Crosse political watcher says Feingold may be the best Senate candidate Wisconsin Democrats have.  Not only did Feingold serve three terms in the Senate already, but Joe Heim from U-W-L says Feingold is better known than almost anyone else in his party who could run:

Heim believes that Feingold would have a better chance beating Ron Johnson in 2016 than he did in 2010, because Democrats vote in bigger numbers during presidential elections.
