Boating Fine Could Be On The Way

A new fine may be on the way in La Crosse to punish boaters who power load onto their trailers from the water

Jay Odegaard is in the city’s park and rec department.  The city’s park board considers adding a fine for powerloading at a meeting today.  A fine amount has not been determined yet.
