What would make a man approach kids on the street and ask for money? In one case of mistaken identity this week on the southside of La Crosse, the answer seems almost too obvious
Police sergeant Randy Rank. Police found themselves having to put out a social media fire after the drunk guy’s actions got parents thinking he was a child predator trying to abduct children. He wasn’t. But he was disturbing enough for police to charge the guy with disorderly conduct.
