Cause of Black River Falls Crash Still Under Investigation

Investigators in Black River Falls are still trying to figure out why a car drove into a creek last week, killing the driver. City police have found that 63-year-old Paul Mickelson did not try to hit the brakes. A medical condition may have caused Mickelson to lose control, driving off a Black River street and landing on the bank of Town Creek. The car eventually rolled back into the creek and overturned onto its roof.
