The two men charged with a stabbing death in a Tomah motel are pleading ‘not guilty.’ Trials will be scheduled soon for Zachary Davis and Sebastian Martinez. They’re suspected of killing Derek Magnuson earlier this year, after a fight at a motel. Davis and Martinez are suspected of committing crimes in other states after that murder, and they were arrested in Tennessee after reportedly using a credit card belonging to Magnuson. They entered pleas on Friday before a Monroe County judge. Martinez has a pre-trial hearing at the end of this month. Davis will have a similar hearing in September.
