Torch Run Kicks Off Special Olympics

 

Local law enforcement officers will join their colleagues from more than 100 communities across the state this morning with hundreds of them biking to UW-Stevens Point. There, they will help kick off the 29th Annual Special Olympics Summer Games.

 

nic will be biking to Stevens Point………after he sits back and hears from several local competitors.

 

 

 

Participants include officers from the Onalaska and La Crosse Police Departments, state bound and local athletes and Mayor Joe Chilsen of Onalaska and Mayor Tim Kabat of La Crosse.
