Last Day for First Year of New School
Last day of school for students at the new Northside Elementary School Thursday. And for the 520 plus 70 additional students, it’s a much needed summer break. Interim Principal, Larry McHahon says they didn’t expect that many students when school began September 2nd but
the district quickly hired 4 additional teachers and within weeks, McHahon sais it was business as usual. Other then that, he says the first year in the new school was a success.
