Accused Perpetrator Free to Teach Class
A La Crosse man accused of sexually assaulting a minor has been released from jail…which means he’ll be able to teach a class at U-W-L next week. University chemistry professor Paul Miller was given a signature bond of 10-thousand dollars in court on Monday. Miller is facing a second-degree assault charge. A criminal complaint is expected tomorrow. In order to avoid going back to jail, Miller has to avoid contact with anyone under 18, except for his own family.
