Court: More Evidence Needed in Child Death
More evidence from the state crime lab may be needed before any decisions are made on a trial in a La Crosse County child abuse case. An August 10th hearing has been scheduled now for Jaymie Rundle of Holmen. Rundle and her boyfriend are accused of physically abusing the man’s three-year-old daughter to the point where she died late last year. Examinations of the girl’s body indicate repeated signs of physical injuries, excessive salt consumption, and extreme starvation. The girl’s father, Dylan Bartsh, already is scheduled for trial next month.
