Deadly weekend accidents
Two deadly accidents on area roads early Saturday morning. A driver in Shelby was killed after going off La Crosse County Road F and and hitting a culvert. The driver was thrown from the car.
In Trempealeau County, two cars collided on Highways 54 and 93 near Trempealeau. Thirty-year-old George Christie crossed the center line and collided with a second car. Christie was dead at the scene. Three people in the other car were transported to Gundersen for treatment. Those three are from Arcadia.
