Clements to head global chaplains
The global head of police chaplains now has a La Crosse link. La Crosse police chaplain Mark Clements has become president of the International Conference of Police Chaplains. Clements started the chaplain program for the La Crosse police department nearly 15 years ago and now heads an organization that locally serves about ten law enforcement agencies and involves about two dozen active and reserve chaplains. Clements is pastor at Living Word Christian Church in La Crosse.
