Reward money donated to find vandals at Northern Hills

Retired Col., Nelson donates check to Northern Hills 

ONALASKA, Wis. – Retired Army Col. Jim Nelson presented Onalaska School Superintendent Fran Finco with a check for $500 Wednesday morning.

The money will be used towards a reward for the capture of who ever spray painted parts of the second floor of Northern Hills Elementary school over the weekend.

The culprits did about $6,000 in damage.
