Two men racking up OWIs

One busted for his sixth, the other for his seventh

One was caught for his sixth OWI, the other, for his seventh.

Fifty-year-old James Jester Jr., made it OWI No. 7 – jailed Tuesday for driving drunk and endangering others.

But Charles Breidel’s sixth OWI may be more depressing. He was stopped by a state trooper on the interstate near Sparta and thought he was in Hokah, Minn. 

Then, while speaking to the trooper, he fell asleep.  It gets worse. Breidel told the trooper that “taking that cocaine didn’t help,” his driving.
