Kwik Trip donates $100k to Holmen Community Center
Building project will cost around $4.4 million
Today, Kwik Trip donated $100,000 toward the new Holmen Area Community Center.
A donation way above what the local company usually donates to any request, which usually caps money given at around $5,000. But, because of the impact the community center will have, Kwik Trip felt it was necessary. One that had to be met, Kwik Trip’s manager of corporate communication, John McHugh, said.
Holmen is growing and the building is projected cost as much as $4.4 million. So far, donation totals are nearing $1 million, including a $500,000 commitment from the village of Holmen.
