La Crosse to ban e-cigarettes
Board wants to rid county of all tobacco use
La Crosse County may soon crack down on the use of e-cigarettes.
Paula Silha of the county health department says county employees have been complaining about breathing vapors from the e-cigs.
On Thursday, the county board will get its first chance to debate the e-cigarette restriction. The health department also wants to ban tobacco use on all county property, such as park shelters and in cars that are being used for official county business.
