Company ranks La Crosse 3rd in home loans in state
G.B. and E.C. top two in highest percentage of approved mortgages in Wisconsin
If you want a home loan in Wisconsin, one of the best places to do it is La Crosse.
The highest percentage of approved mortgage applications is Green Bay, followed by Eau Claire and then La Crosse.
All three markets have approval rates around 75 percent, according to a survey by the ‘Smart Asset’ company.
Crawford County also ranks high among Wisconsin counties, with some of the best borrowing costs and lowest annual mortgage payments.
