Three arrested in house fire
Two people were in house that was intentionally set ablaze
Three people have been arrested in connection with a house fire that took place last Friday in Trempeauleau County.
Firefighters were called out to the occupied house and adjoining shed fire just after 4 a.m. and after battling the blaze, saved it from becoming a total loss.
The state fire marshal determined the fire was intentionally set.
Monday, police arrested 58-year-old Steven Langrick and 41-year-old Kimber Burkhardt, both of Whitehall, Wis., for their involvement.
Tuesday, police busted 33-year-old Heather Schmitz of Arcadia, Wis.
All three charged with arson. Two people who were in the house when the fire started, were not injured.
