Probation is the sentence today for Kyle Henry who pled guilty to kicking his pregnant girlfriend in the stomach and hitting her in the head.

The woman lost the baby, but doctors have said that other medical factors may have led to the miscarriage.

La Crosse Judge Gloria Doyle says Henry was “probably partially responsible” for the miscarriage, and has ordered him to serve two years probation for battery and get counseling for violent behavior.

Doyle warns Henry that this could be his last probation, and he might go to prison if he breaks the law again.
