La Crosse parking ramps exceeding revenues
City considering adding floors to one ramp
As the city of La Crosse considers whether to add floors onto the Riverside parking ramp, there’s word that two downtown ramps already have exceeded their revenue goals for this year.
More than $100,000 in hourly parking fees have been paid this year in the three municipal ramps.
The ramps at Main Street and Market Square have collected more money at ticket gates than was budgeted for 2015. The La Crosse Center ramp, which is the busiest city-run parking deck, is likely to meet its revenue goal in the next month.
