Alleged getaway driver in murder has waived right of extradition
Meanwhile, two other suspects in Winona murder are in other states
One suspect arrested for the involvement in a recent murder in Winona is voluntarily heading back to Minnesota.
Kayla Mae Clay of Ettrick, Wis., has waived extradition, so a Trempealeau County judge has sent her to Winona County to be charged in the shooting death of Adam Fort.
Clay was arrested last Thursday, and had been jailed under $20,000 bond.
Police believe she drove a getaway car after two men killed Adam Fort during a robbery at his Winona apartment.
Meanwhile, another suspect, Lonnie Hudson of La Crosse, remains jailed in Wausau, Wis. His bond is $1 million.
The third suspect, Reginald Burnett of Altoona, Wis., was arrested in the Chicago area during the weekend. He was scheduled to appear before an Illinois judge Monday.
