Bond set for alleged getaway driver in Winona murder

The 18-year-old woman is
first to appear in court on murder

An 18-year-old woman charged in a Winona murder would need 250-thousand dollars to get out of jail.

Kayla Mae Clay is the first suspect in the death of Adam Fort to appear before a Winona judge since the October 18th shooting.

Clay is accused of driving the shooters to and from Fort’s apartment. Winona County has charged Clay with aiding an offender after the fact.

She’s asking for a public defender.
