International student enrollment down at UW-La Crosse

Chancellor Gow only has theories as to why

The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse has seen its international student enrollment significantly drop of late.

This year, international enrollment is down 21 percent, according to Chancellor Joe Gow.

Gow says it’s hard to really say what has led to the decline. He thought maybe the changes in some country’s economies or the turmoil in the Middle East.
