Woman has non-life threatening injuries
A 73-year-old woman ran into the back of a manure spreader on Wednesday in Monroe County.
The crash, on Highway 27, injured Patricia Kalbarczyk of rural Sparta, Wis.
She ran into the back of manure spreader being pulled by a farm tractor driven by 54-year-old Gregory Schauf also of rural Sparta.
Kalbarczyk was taken to Mayo Clinic in Sparta with non-life threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department.
