Last day to register for multiple Christmas giving programs
Register until 1 p.m. for Salvation Army
baskets, Angel Giving Tree and Jaycees’ Toys for Tots
Today is the last day to register for the the Salvation Army Christmas food baskets, the Angel Giving Tree and the Jaycees’ Toys for Tots program.
Registration takes place at the Salvation Army today until 1 p.m.
If you’re seeking assistance, you should bring a valid ID with current address, proof of residency and proof of financial need. Registration is open to residents of La Crosse County, who are not registered with any other organization for Christmas assistance.
If you would like to sponsor a child in need this Christmas season through the Angel Giving Tree program, you can select a tag off the Angel Giving Tree at the Valley View Mall beginning on November 23.
The Christmas Food Baskets and Angel Tree gifts will be distributed December 17 at assigned times though out the day, at the Armory in Onalaska.
