Bond set for man arrested with gun at northside bar

Police arrested Larson, who blew a .39

His blood-alcohol level was .398. One area officer said he probably shouldn’t have been able to stand.

Instead, Daniel Larson drinking at a northside La Crosse bar with a gun tucked into the back of his waistband.

Police arrested him over the weekend, and bond was set Monday at $5,000 for carrying a concealed weapon and possessing a gun while drunk.

Larson’s sister called police because he took a Glock handgun with him to the bar and he had made suicidal comments.
