Man released from prison, barring he doesn’t threaten to kill
Judge orders 47-year-old not to send
death threats to gov. workers
He’ll be allowed out of jail, as long as he doesn’t make any new threats to kill government employees.
Douglas Kytonen, 47, is being released from the La Crosse County jail, after pleading not guilty to claims that he has harassed employees at the La Crosse Workforce Development Center.
Police accuse Kytonen of sending e-mails to job counselors, threatening to kill their boss.
One of those emails read: “If I say your boss Is dead, he is dead. You guys suck, is their any reason I shouldn’t kill your boss?”
Kytonen is under orders not to send messages to those government workers, or to have personal contact with them.
According to court records, he has been charged in Minnesota for arson, harassment, stalking and making terroristic threats.
